Payment Proof

Please keep your receipt, payment confirmation or transaction proof until your order has been completed. Rang De may request transaction information when investigating a payment or order query.

Customized Orders

Customized orders may require advance payment. Once production has started on an outfit prepared according to your design, size, measurements or other requirements, the order cannot generally be cancelled.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are provided only according to our Return & Exchange Policy. All sales are generally non-refundable, with qualifying issues such as a defective item or an incorrectly shipped item reviewed according to that policy.

Clearance Sale

Clearance Sale purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
