Rang De specializes in customized clothing orders. Outfits may be prepared according to a selected design, size, measurements, colour, fabric and detailing requirements. Customization is subject to material availability, design suitability and production feasibility.
Measurements & Customer Instructions
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, delivery details and customization instructions. Please review all information carefully before confirming your order. If information is unclear or incomplete, Rang De may contact you for clarification before production begins.
Fabric, Colour & Design Availability
Some fabrics, colours, trims and materials are available in limited quantities and may vary by season. A requested change is not confirmed until our team has verified availability and production feasibility. Minor differences in colour or texture may occur because of photography, screen settings or natural variation between fabric batches.
Pricing
Prices shown on the website apply to the product or configuration presented at the time of ordering. A customization that requires different fabric, additional detailing or other changes may result in an additional charge. Any such change should be confirmed before production proceeds.
Payment
Payment must be successfully confirmed before an order is processed. Customized orders may require advance payment before production begins. Failed or pending payments will not be treated as confirmed until verification is complete. Please refer to our Payment Policy for further information.
Order Confirmation
Submitting an order does not guarantee that every requested fabric, colour or customization is available. Where necessary, our team may contact the customer before production to confirm details or discuss an alternative.
Changes & Cancellation
Because customized outfits are prepared specifically for the customer, cancellation may not be possible once production has started. Requests to change a confirmed order after production begins may also be unavailable or may affect the price and completion time.
Urgent Orders
Urgent orders may be considered only where our workload, fabric availability and design complexity allow. Customers should contact Rang De before placing an urgent order to confirm whether the requested timeline can be accommodated.
Delivery
Orders are delivered through third-party delivery partners to supported locations. Delivery estimates can be affected by production time, destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather, incomplete delivery information and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All sales are generally non-refundable. Refunds are considered for qualifying issues such as a defective item or an incorrectly shipped item, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. Exchanges may be considered according to that policy and require eligible items to be unused, unworn and returned with original tags. Clearance Sale purchases are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
